We want you to love your gear. This Returns & Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, delivery, and returns for purchases made through www.fatkoi.com.
1. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS Ground.
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3-5 business days, depending on location.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Fat Koi LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
2. International Shipping
International shipping may be available at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
3. Returns
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
Exclusions: Final-sale items, gift cards, and custom products are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return: Email returns@fatkoi.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
Please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact returns@fatkoi.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
